Please note if we have product in stock or if product is in stock at our supplier we usually can ship out within a week please contact us for further details. If product needs to be built, allow a 4-6 week lead time. Please note that our new furniture is built one piece at a time. We must have a correct mailing address, valid email and phone number in order to process your order, No PO Box.
We ship UPS and will need a correct street address for each customer who orders. Smaller packages may ship via USPS. We also use a private company to help us with shipping. Before figuring the shipping on a piece please contact us and we will help you find the best way to ship to you.
There are no refunds/returns on any of our furniture. Please measure your space carefully to ensure a piece will fit where you want it to go. Also be sure of which color you want before you order.
If a piece arrives damaged you must contact us within 24 hours and we will try to work with you to correct the problem.
If you are within 60 miles of us we can deliver for a delivery charge. Please contact us for more information.
Customers can also pick up their order at our location if they are close enough and save shipping and/or delivery charges. Please contact us for more information.
We currently do not offer international shipping. Buyer pays for all shipping costs. All prices subject to change with out notice.
